Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, revenue, and market expansion
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client engagements
Lead product development, R&D, and commercialization of atmospheric plasma technologies
Oversee all operational aspects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance with full P&L accountability
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and meetings
Qualification
Required
Mid-career professional with seniority to lead strategic growth while maintaining operational agility
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with proven ability to influence at executive levels
Deep business acumen, strategic thinking, and financial management experience
Track record of successfully scaling high-value technology businesses
Preferred
