Responsibilities

Provides comprehensive business and system support for software systems and laboratory instrumentation

Analyzing business and user needs

Documenting requirements

Facilitating the validation process

Support the implementation of system upgrades

Works closely with various departments and clients to ensure effective communication, accuracy, and support throughout the project lifecycle

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 3+ years' experience working in a software development environment, of which at least 3 years must be directly involved in requirement gathering) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

SDLC Experience Is Required

Validation experience is required

Requirement gathering is required

Good MS Office skills is required

Firm understanding of system development life cycle and requirements methodology

Ability to write use cases and design specifications for moderately complex systems

Ability to estimate level of effort for small to medium-sized projects

Ability to mentor associate level Business System Analyst team members
