Responsibilities

Own a central role in one or more functional areas in horizontal or vertical spaces. Develop platform-based products used by internal customers, and the KPIs will be focused on velocity, scalability, and quality metrics
Establish strategy in the areas of responsibility and define goals, KPIs, and success metrics
Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Science, Operations (Ops), Legal, Privacy, Analytics, etc. to deliver on our goal through PSRs, PRDs, product launches, and iterations
Provide thought leadership and develop product and technical expertise
Involve assembling solutions from horizontal platform components for specific product areas (e.g., YouTube, Play, AdSense) to allow them to grow while protecting Google and our users

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
3 years of experience in product management or related technical role
1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.)

Preferred

Master's degree in a technology or business related field
2 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership
2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders
Experience with risk or abuse mitigation and frameworks
Familiarity with payments concepts, identity verification technologies
