Advise clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance transactions, and securities law compliance
Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents and agreements
Provide strategic guidance on complex corporate structuring and regulatory issues
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage and execute high-value transactions
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
3+ years of experience in corporate law, with a strong background in M&A, fund formation, finance, or securities
Admitted to the bar in one of the following states: Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, or Texas
Strong academic credentials
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
