Responsibilities

Partner with sales call analysis and data gathering

Strategize on proposing new plans and strategies

Mapping current plans with new plans and spread sheeting

Making deduction strategy recommendations

Utilize Kaiser Report and similar data to help show benchmarking

Working with carriers to secure RFP for all types of insurance

Fully Insured, Self-Funded, Level-Funded, HSA., HRA., FSA

Teledoc, Wellness, etc

Ancillary coverage’s (Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, etc.)

Help create sales presenting ideas and strategies with prospects

Upon alignment, assist with the open enrollment process

Work with Triton Ben Admin so they can build out open enrollment and ACA set-up

Provide semi-annual status report on plan performance and make recommendations and renewal process

Manage and oversee plan data and associated rules having to do with open and life events have been built out using Navigator or similar online portal

Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations such as the Health Care Act and HIPPA

Update client and employee cases into SFDC CRM (i.e. Employee Benefit Issues that occur and we get involved with Carrier from an administration and advocacy perspective when necessary and communicate effectively to all parties involved)

Day to day employee inquiries are handled by our Customer Support Team (including COBRA admin)
