Responsibilities

Monitor and track fulfillment activities to ensure timely completion
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve order-related issues
Maintain accurate records of fulfillment status and update tracking systems
Prepare reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and customer requirements

Qualification

Fulfillment coordination experienceMS Excel proficiencyERP familiarityTelecom industry experienceOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsProblem-solving abilitiesTime-management skillsFast-paced environment adaptability

Required

2–3 years of experience in fulfillment coordination or related roles
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and other tracking tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

Experience in telecom or technology industry
Familiarity with ERP or order management systems
