Responsibilities
Build the foundation for a successful sales career at Insight Global
Learn all about staffing and our services
Sell staffing services to current and future clients
Play the role of matchmaker for companies and candidates
Review resumes from our internal database and online job boards
Conduct phone interviews
Prepare candidates to meet hiring managers
Negotiate job offers to get candidates hired
Work directly with hiring managers at Fortune 1,000 companies
Research and target organizations in need of staffing services
Make initial connections through networking and cold calls
Become valuable business consultants and build long-term relationships with clients
Run in-person meetings and lunches to understand hiring goals and team dynamics
Gather job requirements and work with the Recruiting team to find perfect candidates
Qualification
Required
A four-year college degree is required
The candidate does not need to have prior sales experience, only a willingness to learn and work hard
We are looking for outgoing, ambitious and goal-oriented people who want a long-term career
The best candidates for these roles have experience in on-campus leadership, Greek life, student organizations, athletics, internships and love working with people
