Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook and PDF editing software

Ability to learn quickly, assess situations and make solid judgments

Candidate must be self-motivated, with ability to work independently

Able to maintain a positive and professional attitude under stress

Excellent phone and people skills are required

Ability to work in a small team environment
