They are seeking a detail-oriented and sales-focused Front Desk Sales Associate to drive day-to-day salon operations and grow revenue through lead and membership conversions while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Manage bookings, appointment details, and guest communications
Convert incoming leads into new appointments
Convert lash extension customers into new members
Sell "Buy 3, Get 1 Free" ancillary service packages
Give every guest an enthusiastic welcome and provide them with extraordinary customer service
Maintain a clean and inviting environment
Qualification
Required
1+ years administrative, sales, and service experience in a salon business
Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication
Strong partnership mindset with owners and stylist team
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work 5 hour shifts Monday - Saturday
Preferred
Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
