Responsibilities
Assisting in designing and presenting technical solutions that address customer needs
Supporting proof-of-concept activities and solution demonstrations
Learning how to translate business challenges into technical capabilities
Partnering with sales teams to develop strategies that accelerate adoption and deliver measurable outcomes
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills to work successfully with prospects, customers, and cross-functional teams
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environment
Ability to follow standard engineering principles and practices
Creative approach to problem-solving
Foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and applications, including how AI can enhance business solutions
Ability to leverage AI-powered tools for data analysis, customer insights, and solution optimization
Interest in emerging technologies such as machine learning and generative AI
Must be enrolled in an educational or professional program through summer 2026 or later
