Responsibilities

Compile financial reports and analyze variances for actual performance vs. budget and prior year

Budget and forecast expenditures, including operating and personnel costs, to determine financial resource requirements and anticipated variances

Conduct monthly/bi-monthly review calls with budget owners to track progress vs budget and forecast updates

Support the maintenance of the Firm’s financial software and reporting tools

Develop and deliver automated and ad-hoc reports based on financial analysis reporting specifications

Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve inquiries related to financial matters

Assist in compiling the monthly operations report

Perform ongoing audits of financial system data to ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standard operating procedures
