Staff in accordance with census
Order and inventory all nursing supplies while following budget restrictions
Responsible for the orientation and continuing education of the nursing staff

Qualification

Texas CNA licenseStaffing Coordinator experienceLong Term Care experienceService-orientedStress managementOrganizational skills

Required

Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state of Texas required
Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities

Preferred

Prior experience as a Staffing/ Central Supply Coordinator preferred
Long Term Care experience preferred
Service-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor)
