Responsibilities

Lead sales efforts across your assigned region, representing our burn care portfolio

Collaborate closely with regional sales teams and engage with key stakeholders in Burn Units, Trauma departments, Pharmacies, and Operating Rooms

Develop, communicate, and execute a strategic plan to meet your sales quota

Act as the primary contact for targeted burn units, building and nurturing relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders and clinical or administrative personnel

Participate in key regional and national burn conferences to maintain a strong presence in the burn care community

Monitor market trends to identify unmet needs, contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales programs, and support the adoption of our burn care portfolio

Lead corporate business projects and provide customer insights to inform new product development
