Summer 2026 Management Trainee Internship
Enterprise is seeking university/college students for their Management Internship Program, which provides valuable business and leadership skills. Interns will manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships while gaining real-world professional experience.

You’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers
Qualification
Required
Current college/university student graduating with Bachelor's Degree in August/December 2026 or May 2027
Must have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales or customer service or marketing or leadership experience
Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years
No drug or alcohol related conviction(DWI/DUI) on driving record within the past 5 years
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must be available to start May 26, 2026 and have the availability to work 40 hours per week for a 10-12 week commitment
