Responsibilities

Lead corrective and preventive action plans through effective problem-solving and cross-functional coaching
Partner with suppliers and logistics teams to enhance quality systems, resolve discrepancies, and reduce risks
Conduct supplier audits to evaluate process capability and ensure compliance with company standards
Organize and analyze data using Microsoft Power BI and Excel to visualize trends and drive informed decisions
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by developing and implementing process enhancements

Required

Bachelor's Degree or 8 + years of experience in a related role
2 + years of experience in a related quality-focused role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Power BI data visualization
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with suppliers
Ability to multitask, adapt quickly to change, and act decisively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience conducting supplier audits or working within a manufacturing or parts distribution environment
A results-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capability to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within a global organization
