Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee workforce planning activities by developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support business needs and initiatives
Manage workforce planning projects by setting priorities, developing action plans, allocating resources, and monitoring progress toward milestones
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data, identifying root causes, and recommending solutions to enhance programs and processes
Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while promoting ethical standards and integrity
Develop and evaluate business tools and statistical models to support strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making
Communicate project status and results effectively with cross-functional partners
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in workforce planning and project management within complex operational environments
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to develop and interpret statistical models and business tools
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Effective communication skills to present insights, influence partners, and drive alignment on goals and initiatives
Commitment to compliance, ethics, and integrity in executing business processes and managing risks
Leadership experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing associates to achieve high performance
Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance workforce planning programs and processes
