Required

Student pursuing at least a Bachelor's Degree

Strong GPA and communication skills

Demonstrated work ethic, positive attitude, and motivation

Prior work, community involvement, or voluntary experience (Insurance industry experience a plus)

Able to commit to a 3 day hybrid office schedule in Philadelphia
