They are seeking a reliable order entry specialist who will be responsible for accurately entering sales order data into their software systems and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Process sales from website and 3rd party websites including a number of different steps involved
Communicate with customers via telephone, e-mail and chat
Follow-up with suppliers to get tracking and other order information
You'll help with data entry and website page assistance when available (training provided)
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
Excellent typing skills
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Preferred
Quickbooks experience is a plus
