Responsibilities
Full MERN stack engineering across React, Node, MongoDB, microservices, mobile, and browser-integrated tools
High-performance AI features and developer-automation pipelines
Designing and shipping new systems end-to-end
Direct collaboration with clinicians and ops teams to build high-impact workflows
Qualification
Required
6+ years working with enterprise-grade production systems in Senior/Staff IC role
Proficiency in their core stack: TypeScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB
Deep understanding of front-end engineering and core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DOM manipulation, Fetch/XHR) with expertise in browser extensions, or similar browser-integrated technologies with an eye for performance, accessibility, and UX quality
Expertise designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs, with strong familiarity across NoSQL data models
Sharp problem-solving skills with the ability to design clean, scalable architecture and anticipate technical challenges
Excellent communication, collaboration, and product intuition — you can partner with technical and non-technical teams with ease
Familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions), version control best practices, and modern DevOps workflows
Strong sense of ownership, ability to drive work with autonomy in a fast-growing, high-velocity environment
Preferred
Experience working with AI/ML pipelines, LLMs, model evaluation, or data processing workflows
Knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration, GCP, Helm, Terraform, and distributed systems
Background developing mobile apps (iOS/Android) or integrating with cross-platform frameworks
Experience in fast-paced startup environments, especially where engineers hold significant ownership
History of building projects independently — whether open source, side projects, research, or entrepreneurial work
Familiarity with healthcare, clinical documentation workflows, or regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC2, NIST, ISO frameworks, etc.)
Experience designing systems that balance usability, accuracy, and performance at scale
