Responsibilities
Conduct minor repairs and servicing to equipment as directed by the Service Manager
Follow procedures outlined in the work orders and policy handbook
Maintain a clean and respectable facility, shop equipment, work environment, and parking areas
Assist Heavy Equipment Mechanic as needed
Pick up and deliver parts as needed
Wear company-supplied uniform when conducting company business
Maintain and organize shop and storage areas - ensuring proper storage of flammable items
Operate all company-owned equipment and vehicles in a safe, lawful, and respectful manner
Qualification
Required
Must be organized and possess the ability to multi-task
Must be self-motivated showing complete accountability, timely in all assignments
Must possess the ability and willingness to learn and possibly advance to Heavy Truck Mechanic
Must have the ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
High School Diploma or GED
