Responsibilities

Lead marketing strategy development for Peacock’s original series and key titles – defining positioning, audience targets, objectives, and strategic frameworks
Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Media, Multiplatform Planning, Decision Sciences, Programming, and others to uncover insights and inputs that inform the development of marketing strategy briefs
Mentor and lead a team of strategists, fostering curiosity, collaboration and elevating strategic rigor across all titles
Conduct competitive analyses across the streaming and entertainment landscape to identify opportunities and challenges that inform differentiated strategies
Partner with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with Peacock’s broader brand and business goals
Help manage the workflow to ensure projects move efficiently and meet deadlines

Required

10+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand planning, or entertainment marketing – preferably within streaming, television, media, or agency environments
Proven experience managing and developing high-performing strategy teams
Strong analytical background, leveraging quantitative and qualitative research to inform marketing decisions
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
Skilled in business writing and visual storytelling, using tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote to powerfully bring ideas and insights to life
Highly motivated self-starter, comfortable working independently and collaboratively across multiple departments and disciplines in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to execute against multiple, high-priority projects at once
Resourceful and positive leader with strong interpersonal skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
Deep understanding of audience behavior, content consumption trends, and the competitive streaming landscape
Passion for television, streaming, and pop culture

Preferred

MBA or Master's Degree in related field
Previous leadership experience in streaming, or within media and entertainment
