Responsibilities
Create and maintain job profiles in Workday, including job responsibilities and pay details
Conduct market analysis to ensure UHS compensation programs remain competitive
Participate in compensation surveys and assist in analyzing results
Support annual compensation programs, including performance management, salary increases, and incentive programs
Collaborate with Total Rewards leadership to evaluate pay structures and recommend improvements
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in human resources or related field
3-5 years of experience in human resources and/or compensation administration
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Experience in healthcare preferred
CCP Certification Compensation Professional
Certification in Human Resources (SHRM-CP, PHR)
