1+ years expTPO search is a leading Am Law 100 firm seeking a junior associate to join its corporate practice in Las Vegas. This role offers significant client-facing responsibility and mentorship, focusing on public and private M&A, venture capital, and private equity transactions.
Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Draft and review acquisition agreements, venture financing documents, and corporate governance materials
Support senior attorneys on public and private M&A deals, investment rounds, and recapitalizations
Conduct legal due diligence and coordinate closings
Work with startups, VC funds, and established businesses on a range of strategic transactions
Build trusted relationships with clients and play an integral role in deal execution
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of corporate transactional experience (including M&A, VC, and/or PE)
Strong knowledge of acquisition and investment documentation
Excellent drafting and analytical skills
Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal judgment and commercial instincts
JD from an accredited U.S. law school
Admission to the Nevada Bar required (or willing to sit)
