Enterprise Change Management Internship
Northwell Health is dedicated to guiding team members through organizational changes through its Enterprise Change Management Team. Responsibilities
Participates in the collection and preparation of data relative to the work of the department
Assists in studies to objectivity ascertain the efficiency, economy and effectiveness of department or Hospital operations, policies and procedures
Assists management in facilitating new programs and/or procedures
Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent, required
Currently enrolled as a undergrad sophomore, undergrad junior or undergrad senior or Graduate student majoring in Business, marketing, HR Management, public relations, Organizational Psychology or related major, required
Preferred
Prior administrative experience in a hospital setting, preferred
