Responsibilities
Lead portions of project workstreams
Perform structured analyses, facilitate workshops, and develop client-ready deliverables
Engage directly with client stakeholders to gather insights and communicate findings
Contribute to the development of thought leadership, methodologies, and service offerings
Support capability building within the team through coaching and knowledge sharing
Help identify opportunities to expand engagements or build client value
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
The ability to travel as needed, potentially up to 50% of the time
Preferred
5+ years of consulting or applicable industry experience
5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on automation and controls
Proven expertise in process control systems, including DCS, PLC, SCADA, and HMI platforms
Deep understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) frameworks
Hands-on experience with asset management and predictive/preventive maintenance strategies
Strong knowledge of OT data management, including data historians, edge computing, and integration with IT systems
Experience leading or supporting automation projects from concept through commissioning
Familiarity with ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards for manufacturing systems integration
Experience working in regulated or high-compliance environments (e.g., food and beverage, pharma, mining, or heavy industry)
