The intern will work collaboratively with the Process team to advance development projects related to the manufacturing of refractory metals and alloys, focusing on continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts.

Responsibilities

Come to work each day determined to continue making the world a better, safer place

Teach as well as learn: apply principles of science and engineering to explain the why— while solving real world industrial challenges

Work in cross-functional teams in industrial settings to continuously improve safety, quality and cost on refractory alloy mill products

Advance development projects from initiation to closure, including: 1) project definition, 2) experimentation & analysis, 3) formal reporting, and 4) presentation to broad, internal audiences
