Responsibilities

Assist in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste

Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives

Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend solutions

Participate in equipment troubleshooting and maintenance planning

Create and update work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, Maintenance) to resolve process issues

Assist in design and implementation of tooling, fixtures, and process improvements

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

All other duties as assigned

Required

Currently enrolled fulltime in a Bachelor's or Graduate program focused on Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Sophomore or above class standing, graduating in December 2026 or later

Able to work 25 hours each week, year-round

Minimum 3.0 GPA

Must be able to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship
