Handle a broad mix of emerging companies and venture capital financings, M&A, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters
Work with publicly and privately held companies, private equity funds, investors, and entrepreneurs
Manage transaction processes, document preparation, and client communication with a high level of responsibility and autonomy
Develop strong, long-term client-facing relationships within a collaborative and dynamic team
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience in venture capital/early-stage financings, M&A, private equity, and general corporate counseling
Experience in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions
Strong document drafting, project management, and client interaction skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
JD from an ABA-approved law school and active membership in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a solid work ethic
