Management Consulting

Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements
Review and prepare office, retail, and industrial leases
Negotiate property management and joint venture agreements
Assist with borrower-side financing transactions
Support senior attorneys in all phases of real estate transactions

Qualification
