Responsibilities
Responsible for management of seasonal assortment planning
Develop and present merchandise plans based on sales history, trend, price point
Partner with design in the management of private label development
Work with sourcing, design and product development to establish assortment strategies
Prepare seasonal recaps and contribute in budget process and analysis
Manage direct reports inclusive of hiring, scheduling and performance reviews
Qualification
Required
5 years' experience in retail merchandising role
Proven success in product buying and development
Experience navigating end-to-end strategic planning
Passionate about the merchandising business
