Mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings
Risk management, compliance, and business advisory issues
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of relevant experience in general corporate law, M&A, commercial contracts, and business transactions
JD from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials
Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and across departments
Admission to the New York Bar (or ability to waive in)
