Responsibilities
Accurately diagnose and repair mechanical issues while prioritizing safety and quality
Perform comprehensive multi-point inspections and warranty repairs
Repair key systems, including transmissions, engines, air-conditioning, brakes, and more
Replace essential components like radiators and head gaskets with precision
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with complete and accurate inspection notes
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while fostering positive guest relationships
Qualification
Required
Full-time availability and a minimum age of 18
A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Factory-trained and ASE certifications are a strong advantage
A commitment to safety, high-quality work, and outstanding guest service
A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for continuous improvement
Preferred
At least 5 years of experience as a Mainline Technician
Automotive School or Program experience
Prior dealership experience
Automotive certifications or Toyota Certified credentials
