DH Pace Company is a distribution, construction and service organization that has been in operation for over 95 years. They are seeking a Residential Service Technician to install and repair residential garage doors, working independently while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

The technician works independently to install and/or repair a wide range of residential garage doors and operating systems
Repair quality products and provide professional services for homeowners and homebuilders
Track and maintain job related paperwork and submit in a timely manner
Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties
Coming to the office is not required each day

Qualification

Construction experienceMechanical experienceCarpentry experienceCustomer serviceService industry experience

Required

Ability to lift 75 pounds over your head
Minimum of 1-3 years of construction experience required
Must possess valid driver's license
Customer Service oriented

Preferred

Mechanical, carpentry or service industry experience a plus
