Responsibilities

Perform detailed variance analysis to provide actionable insights

Monitor performance metrics and identify trends

Conduct scenario analysis and ad hoc reporting for strategic initiatives

Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports for CFO, CEO, and Board review

Develop dashboards and KPIs to track business performance

Support training and development of FP&A team members

Partner with operations teams to optimize financial outcomes

Collaborate with auditors and compliance teams as needed

Integrate AI tools to enhance efficiency and forecasting capabilities

Automate reporting processes using Excel and other Microsoft tools

Implement best practices in financial analysis
