Vehicle Licensing Internship - Summer 2026

Enterprise Mobility is a privately held, full-service fleet management business. They are seeking Vehicle Licensing Summer Interns to provide administrative support for vehicle transitions and gain experience in the License and Title Department.

Responsibilities

Collect and prepare state required documents for factory ordered vehicle purchases

Verify validity of vehicle inspections received via electronic mailbox based on applicable state requirements

Organize and mail out vehicle renewal stickers, license plates and other related paperwork

Sort and process incoming mail, phone calls, and emails

Participate in department projects as needed

Required

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must live in the St. Louis Metropolitan area during Summer 2026

Must be a Junior or above, enrolled full-time for the Fall 2026 semester in a College or University

Ability to work Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week starting May 18th - July 31st

Experience with Microsoft Office products

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Preferred

3 months administrative experience and/or 6 months customer service experience preferred

Business related degrees preferred
