Territory Account Manager - Indianapolis
Telix Pharmaceuticals is a dynamic, fast-growing radiopharmaceutical company dedicated to precision medicine. The Territory Account Manager will drive sales and maintain strong client relationships while supporting the roll-out of cancer imaging agents and managing existing accounts.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
Stay up-to-date with the features and benefits of our radiopharmaceutical products
Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies
Keep abreast of changes in industry regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
Qualification
Required
4 year degree from an accredited university resulting in a BA/BS degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic sales within hospital or academic settings
Demonstrated experience engaging in grand rounds, tumor boards, P&T committees, and multidisciplinary clinical presentations
Proven track record of successfully launching new products and achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of the U.S. reimbursement landscape and healthcare sales processes
Skilled in developing and executing sales operating plans aligned with corporate goals
Experienced in project management, including budgeting, contracting, and timeline management
Ability to quickly learn and communicate complex clinical or technical information
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven team player
Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically
Preferred
Experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology sales strongly preferred
