SAMBAZON, named one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2025, is looking for a part-time Content Creator & Producer to help lead our next chapter as a social-first brand. The role involves creating engaging content for TikTok and Instagram, focusing on fast-casual and CPG products, while also managing production and community interaction.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on content strategy with the Media Director and Community Marketing Manager, with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram content tailored for fast-casual/QSR audiences, as well as CPG audiences
Concept, shoot, edit, and publish short-form content that showcases both Bowl Shop moments and CPG product storytelling in visually compelling ways, food trends
Create content optimized for TikTok and IG algorithms, formats, trends, and audience behaviors
Serve as an on-camera personality and behind-the-camera producer to craft authentic, culturally relevant content
Capture real-time, in-store content at Bowl Shops, local events, staff stories, and brand activations
Ensure platform-first creative execution that reflects fast-casual, food-focused storytelling and strong product education
Support the development of daily/weekly content calendars for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
Track platform trends, challenges, and audio that align with QSR and CPG brand moments; bring forward proactive ideas
Monitor engagement and support community interactions across owned channels
Help evolve SAMBAZON’s brand voice in social spaces with a focus on Gen Z, Gen Alpha, and Millennial audiences
Manage production planning, including shot lists, lighting, shooting, and editing for platform-specific content
Maintain organized content libraries and post-production workflows
Support photo/video shoots and in-store content capture days as needed

Required

2–4 years of hands-on content creation experience for fast-casual/QSR brands
Expertise creating, filming, and editing TikTok and Instagram content, especially short-form food, recipe, lifestyle, or product storytelling
Skilled in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut
Strong knowledge of food content trends, restaurant storytelling, and product-forward creative
Confident on camera with the ability to deliver personality-led, authentic content
Skilled in photography, videography, and vertical-first editing
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience creating content for CPG brands
Experience with influencer marketing or creator collaborations
Graphic design or motion graphic animation skills
Experience working with lifestyle, wellness, or better-for-you food brands
Passion for wellness, food culture, sustainability, and mission-driven brands
