Director, Implementation
iA is a pharmacy fulfillment company that provides an integrated platform of capabilities to support Centralized and Community Pharmacy Fulfillment Solutions. The Director, Implementation will lead a team of Implementation Managers to ensure customer projects are delivered on time and on budget while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the Customer Success organization.

Responsibilities
Hire, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Managers to deliver successful customer outcomes
Plan, forecast, and schedule project staffing to ensure optimal resource allocation across multiple customer implementations
Collaborate closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) Team to align project plans with customer requirements, timelines, and budgets
Manage and strengthen relationships with third-party contractors to assist with on-time delivery of installations
Serve as the primary escalation point for implementation-related issues, driving swift resolution and customer satisfaction
Support customer onboarding by assisting with initial system training and operational handoff for new installations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across implementation processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience leading and developing teams, with a proven ability to manage performance and drive results
5+ years of experience delivering large-scale industrial or logistics projects within complex, technical, or automated environments
Demonstrated success managing project budgets up to $50M and schedules spanning 12–18 months, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
Highly organized, with strong planning and prioritization skills across multiple concurrent projects
Exceptional communicator, skilled at building relationships and collaborating effectively with customers, contractors, and cross-functional teams
Able to obtain required clearances and access to secure or government-controlled facilities
Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time
Preferred
2+ years of experience in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Automation, or Pharmacy Operations, or in a related healthcare technology environment
Demonstrated success developing and mentoring leaders to build high-performing technical or project teams
Experience reading, interpreting, and modifying CAD drawings to support design and installation planning
Hands-on experience with automation or control systems, particularly in industrial or healthcare settings
Proficiency in data analysis, including creating and running SQL queries to support project insights or performance tracking
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management training
