Responsibilities
Own the backend integration layer: implement robust workflow orchestration in n8n, integrate agent endpoints, and connect enterprise SaaS APIs
Stand up and secure services for agentic components (e.g., FastAPI/Flask); manage auth flows (OAuth2/tenant apps) for Microsoft Graph and Zoho CRM; enforce data consistency with Zoho as the source of truth
Build adapters/connectors for Lyzr agent endpoints and LinkedIn enrichment; normalize and log activities to CRM with auditability
Instrument reliability and observability (idempotency, retries/backoff, DLQs, metrics, health checks, alerting)
Collaborate with prompts/KB/process owners to translate playbooks into callable services and reusable workflows; contribute to technical docs and demo handoff packs
Harden security & compliance: secrets management, token refresh, role‑based access, PII handling; align with scalable deployment (Docker/Kubernetes, cloud)
Qualification
Required
5+ years in backend engineering/integration for SaaS platforms; strong API design (REST/GraphQL), webhooks, event‑driven architecture
Proven experience with workflow engines (preferably n8n) and Python services (FastAPI/Flask), including containerization and CI/CD
Hands‑on with Microsoft Graph (Outlook mail send, Teams notifications) and Zoho CRM APIs, OAuth scopes/permissions, and CRM activity logging
Practical exposure to agentic AI platforms (Lyzr, LangChain) and integrating AI outputs into deterministic workflows
Reliability mindset: structured logging, tracing, metrics/monitoring, circuit breakers, idempotency, and robust error handling
Clear written communication and the ability to document architectures and hand off to delivery teams
Preferred
Experience with LinkedIn APIs for lead enrichment and compliance‑aware usage
Background in manufacturing/distribution/project‑centric businesses or consulting integrations across Zoho/Salesforce/Microsoft
Knowledge of vector databases and memory for agent workflows (e.g., Pinecone/Azure Cognitive Search)
