Join the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital group in the New York office
Represent innovative companies and their founders throughout their lifecycle
Handle business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions
Work closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level

Qualification

Required

Minimum of four years of relevant experience, preferably at a comparable law firm
Stellar academic credentials and references
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships
NY bar admission is required
