Responsibilities
Serve as the acting CFO/Controller and Principal Accounting Officer for Exchange Act reporting purposes
Oversee full-cycle fund accounting, including NAV calculations, capital activity, and investor allocations
Prepare and review quarterly U.S. GAAP financial statements and approve SEC and public fund filings
Lead audit management, internal controls, and accounting policy development
Partner with fund administrators on NAVs, investor reporting, and operational workflows
Lead distributor onboarding, operational due diligence, and coordination of regulatory, KYC/AML, and compliance processes
Design and implement operational infrastructure for new distribution channels and vehicles
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
8–15 years of experience in fund accounting/fund finance/controller roles
Preferred
CPA preferred
