Responsibilities
Become an expert on our market research platform and leverage your research knowledge to guide prospective clients through quantitative and qualitative research projects
Shape client experiences with platform demos, uncover insights through discovery meetings, bring projects to life with strategic scoping, and play an impactful role as a trusted advisor in the Pre-Sales phase
You’ll build strong relationships with clients at all levels using your exceptional product knowledge and communication skills
You are going to be the first impression of what quantilope’s strategic and consultative approach looks like
Qualification
Required
Market research expertise
Ability to guide prospective clients through quantitative and qualitative research projects
Strong communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels
Experience in shaping client experiences with platform demos
Ability to uncover insights through discovery meetings
Experience in strategic scoping of projects
Ability to serve as a trusted advisor in the Pre-Sales phase
Collaborative and strong leadership skills
Customer service persona to delight and surprise prospective clients
Quick ability to learn new software
Ability to conduct product demos
Lifelong learner striving to master tools and features
Expert knowledge of product offerings
