Responsibilities
Install, service, and maintain low-voltage and security systems
Perform onsite diagnostics and complete necessary repairs
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Ensure all work meets safety, efficiency, and quality expectations
Maintain accurate service logs, documentation, and reports
Travel to client locations throughout Boston and surrounding areas
Qualification
Required
Experience as a security technician or low-voltage systems specialist
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer communication and client-facing abilities
Reliable, punctual, and professional in all interactions
Preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Prior experience with low-voltage cabling, access control, CCTV/surveillance, or alarm systems preferred
