Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of innovative supplement products in alignment with company goals
Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance and market readiness
Oversee all phases of product formulation, from concept to testing and production
Manage supplier relationships to source premium ingredients and materials
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and differentiation opportunities
Drive process improvements to enhance development efficiency and product quality
Ensure adherence to strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards for all products
Develop and manage budgets and timelines for concurrent projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
Proven experience in supplement formulation and product engineering
Strong knowledge of nutrition science and dietary supplement regulations
Exceptional project management and multitasking skills
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities
Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams
Passion for innovation with a track record of launching successful products
