Responsibilities

Maintain and improve the financial program that accurately presents the financial position of the Company

Ensure all internal (e.g. monthly financials, liquidity reports) and external reporting (e.g. external financial statements, tax returns, debt covenant compliance, etc.) are completed in a timely and accurate manner

Accounting and Finance operations

Quarterly consolidated financial statement preparation and presentation

Annual tax reporting oversight for all entities

Review of partnership agreements and loan documents

Financial planning and analysis

Cash/Treasury management to protect the firm’s liquidity

Debt management/compliance

Investor reporting/distributions

Investment performance tracking (realized and unrealized)

Historical investment performance reporting

Tax Strategy and Planning / FAS

Coordinate with external property managers, external tax preparers, and external auditors
