Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Rancher Kubernetes clusters across development and production environments

Deploy and maintain applications using Helm charts with Fleet and ArgoCD GitOps workflows

Maintain and optimize Sonatype Nexus artifact repository management

Implement and enhance monitoring solutions using Prometheus and Grafana stack

Support CI/CD pipeline development and optimization using GitLab

Provide infrastructure automation and configuration management

Support software development teams with cloud-native application deployment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure provisioning and deployment automation

Maintain security standards and compliance across all environments

Participate in incident response and system reliability improvements

Monitoring, incident response, and infrastructure stability

Infrastructure provisioning and resource optimization

Drive next-level innovation in Product Development to support our mission-critical infrastructure

Work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where execution is key

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, OR equivalent practical experience

3+ years hands-on experience with Kubernetes cluster management and operations

2+ years experience with GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or similar tools

2+ years experience with Helm chart development and deployment

Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and implementation

Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management

Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization technologies

Strong knowledge of Helm charts and package management

Experience with Prometheus and Grafana monitoring stack

Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD and version control workflows

Knowledge of artifact repository management (Nexus or similar)

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)

Linux system administration and troubleshooting

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration

Ability to work in fast-paced, agile development environment

On-call availability for critical infrastructure support
