Responsibilities
Identify, capture, and resolve GTM Program execution challenges
Support and provide process advice to GTM Portfolio leaders and implement
Collaborate with Program Managers, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and GEO owners to resolve concerns with speed and completeness
Maintain an active tracker for program-related issues
Proactively identify gaps and recommend corrective actions to maintain consistency
Provide regular status feedback and guidance to GEO’s keeping everyone informed
Escalate critical blockers to appropriate stakeholders for timely resolution
Facilitate cadence calls and feedback loops to address local challenges
Provide operational status updates on GEO related issues and actions
Provide regular progress reports to portfolio leaders and senior stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
10+ years in program management or operations roles, ideally in a global organization
Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Smartsheet)
Strong program management and governance experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Problem-solving mindset with escalation management expertise
Familiarity with global execution models and cross-cultural collaboration
