They are seeking a full-time Architect or Project Designer to work on residential and multifamily projects, as well as child care facilities and Montessori schools.

Responsibilities
Using Revit to create drawings from As-builts to Construction Documentation for multiple projects at a time
Using Bluebeam Studio Sessions to review drawings and collaborate with other team members
Using OneNote to manage project information
On site documentation and generating as-built models in Revit from 3D Point Cloud scans
Engaging in our weekly office meeting to discuss issues, solve problems together, and review workload
Qualification
Required
6+ years professional experience
A degree in Architecture
Single family and multifamily design experience
Experience working with building departments
A strong design background
Ability to work with other team members
Ability plan tasks based on project need
Preferred
Revit (BIM) 3+ years professional experience required. A brief Revit skills assessment will be a part of the interview
Bluebeam
Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote
Experience with 3D point cloud scanner and willingness to lead scans would be a bonus
