Responsibilities
Receive and manage service-related calls from customers
Build accurate parts lists for internal and external customers
Provide troubleshooting support via phone and email
Travel to customer sites (up to 90%) for:
Maintenance
Repairs
Troubleshooting and diagnostics
New equipment installation and commissioning
Customer training
Prepare clear and accurate service reports
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Thorough understanding of company-supported equipment (training provided)
Fluent in English with strong communication skills
Ability to travel extensively, including occasional weekends
Willingness to work long days (up to 16 hours when required)
Solid knowledge of hand tools, mechanical techniques, and power tools
Proficient with computers and basic technical writing
Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver's license required
Strong organizational skills, especially while working onsite
Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical customers
Preferred
Profound Experience In Either Of The Following Trades: Mechanical, Electrical AC & DC, Millwright
