Responsibilities
You’ll define the strategy of your product area and work collaboratively across engineering, sales & marketing to ensure you deliver on it
Become the authoritative expert in your product area — both internally and externally — by conducting market research, learning from our customers, and using the product yourself
Proactively manage a portfolio of small and big projects, while balancing short-term goals against long-term vision
Drive the understanding of user pain points with the current product, and aim to reduce the sophistication required for our customers to be successful
Instrument, monitor, and report on your product area, prioritizing and delivering on improvements where necessary
Come to our New York City office, in Astor Place, 3+ days a week
Qualification
Required
5+ years of B2B product management experience, with 3+ years on infrastructure products
2+ years of software engineering or SRE experience
Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, security & compliance
Excellent technical communication skills, with the ability to engage in architecture discussions with customers
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Computer science degree highly preferred
MBA is a plus
